Fix updateURL for forge migration, grant GM_info to dodge page CSP

Installed script stuck on stale GitHub updateURL after move to
git.alexsirac.com. @grant none also injects as page-context <script>,
which strict-CSP sites (e.g. Mastodon instances) block outright.
